“Nur die Lage des Hotels war gut, da die Bahnstation Hayes & Harlington innerhalb von10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Obwohl ich pro Person zusätzlich für Frühstück bezahlt hatte, gab es de facto kein Frühstück und keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es wurden nur Äpfel und industriell verpackte Schokocroissants auf einem Tisch gegenüber der Rezeption angeboten neben einem Kaffeeautomaten. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel trotz Vorauszahlung mit Kreditkarte bei einem Reiseanbieter darauf bestand, das Zimmer...

“It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in”

“This is one of those places that you almost want to keep as a secret so that there is always a room just for you! Fantastic location, easy access by public bus to Heathrow, hosts who know what they are doing. ”

“The hotel is as good as it was pre COVID, the staff are excellent and the service on offer is exactly what you want for a 4* nothing pretentious just honest down to earth good service, breakfast is perfect and the location is spot on. It is and will be my go to place whenever travelling to London Heathrow ”

“The checkin staff doesnt understand that booking through expedia or hotels.com doesnt mean that the booking is prepaid and refuse to provide receipt of the payment. At checkout they pretend to have sent the bill via email, but actually they didnt. Room quite noisy because of the aircraft runway. Poor breakfadt, and poir selection of dishes at dinner. The bus to the airport takes 45 minutes to go there”
