“The room was lovely but cold and couldn't get it to warm up”

“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”

“There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water. “The room was cosy and good size for family of 5. The host was very helpful. Bedding could have been a bit cleaner and needed good ventilation in the bathroom. ”

“The place is loud. Doors slamming and heavy footsteps above, but the bed was comfortable. Good bargain for a last night stay before catching a flight. ”

“The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.”

“The rooms are rundown , they did not change the bedsheets , they said they change after 6 days. Staff were polite, the dinning facilities were acceptable.”

“La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”

“Comodo per quanto riguarda la vicinanza con l'aeroporto, per il resto niente di che. Per un paio di notti può andare bene. Check In veloce.”

“Hotel nuovo e pulito. Siamo arrivati al terminal 5 ed usciendo abbiamo preso il bus 423 che ferma davanti (comodissimo) in circa 7 minuti. Per andare a Londra centro abbiamo preso il bus U3 per il terminal 2-3 e poi Elisabeth Line (che con il CAP costa 16,30£ al Giorno - bambini sotto 11 anni non pagano) stessa cosa per il ritorno. Fermata del bus andata e ritorno comodissima. Hotel con ottimo ristorante all’interno (personale molto cordiale e cibo veramente ottimo anche come qualità). Stanze...
