“One night last minute booking and was overall happy with what we paid for. Lovely Bindi greeted us on arrival with smiles and a bottle of water (could of been cold tho) she was very friendly shown us the shared kitchen area but we didnt need to use. After she shown us to our twin room which was nicely decorated with an onsuite bathroom. Room had wardrobe, side table, tv, kettle tea/coffee, WiFi, free standing fan. “The attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was dirty with hair in the bed and on the floor. The shower was head was broken and the sink water smelled musty. Overall experience was a 2/10.”

“We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location. Be aware that the stairs to the rooms are narrow and steep (wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for older people), the bed and pillows were extremely hard (again not a problem if you like a hard...

“Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.”

Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”
