“The hotel was clean and well maintained.”

“There is a great Mexican restaurant next to it which makes it an easy place to stop on a long trip. They definitely need new towels. They were tiny, thin and one actually had a hole in it!”

“If you have a weak stomach from smells do not stay there. The room was clean. The stool didn’t work. The smell in the office and hallway was terrible. I even used Lysol spray and that couldn’t cut it. ”

“The room was clean, the bathroom had some black mold in the shower. The listing claims they have pillow top mattresses but they were rock hard. It was quiet.”

“The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!”

“We arrived to our stay as we had come for a concert in Ames. The hotel is on the very edge of town set back from the interstate. The grounds do not even include trees. 1 person was working the front desk and was helpful with any questions I had. Our room was located up a flight of stairs or just outside an elevator. Our room was clean, organized, and newly updated. The room amenities were sufficient. There was coffee and tea located in the lobby area but did not try. Even though this was a...
