“For us, a clean comfortable bed is most important with good sleeping pillows. Woodrose did great here. The AC/Heat was also very good and gave us the perfect room temperature without being noisy. Suggestions: adding another chair to sit at the table would be best. We to enjoy like a cup of coffee in the morning, but this was hard with one chair! The coffee (expresso) maker was crammed into a spot with very little space to operate it. I would prefer, just a regular Keurig machine with a space...

“The hotel overall was nice, the challenge is it seems it is all one person running the show and no additional help or staff. The one person was off site, no way to contact and we sat around waiting to check in. Once they arrived they were very nice but they need more than one person to run a hotel. Room was clean and had some decent updating.”

“Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations. We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean.”

“Cabin was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It rained and they normally lock the pool and hot tub when it rains, but they were super accomadating and unlocked the hot tub for us.”
