“I appreciated the features for the deaf. I am deaf. My room was clean and confortable. The desk clerk was helpful in showing me how to get caption for the deaf on the TV. I liked My Place very much.”

“The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.”

“Nice clean room and friendly staff. The property in general was clean and appeared recently updated. The breakfast options were limited and not very good. The property had too many people loitering around the parking lot area who were either high or loud. The room next to us had loud people and music playing from 430am to 6am during our checkout morning.”

“This was our third stay at the Heathman Lodge. Our first two stays were wonderful, so when in need of a hotel in the Vancouver WA area we immediately booked the Heathman. Check-In was great, they even gave us a bottle of wine! But the next day we were away from our room most of the day and returned at night. There was no maid service! All our towels were used and left on floor where we had left them, trash wasn't emptied and bed wasn't made. I tried to call to the front desk, but room phone...

“The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website.
