Hotel a Wyomissing

“Didn't get to use much of the amenities b/c Airshow meant I had to be out before Bkfst and wasn't around to do much except crash in my room... but - great to be near the airport and also near food / shopping / gas / highway entrance. Also fun that this is apparently ground central for everybody else at the show. Nice to have HBO in room! Would come back again.”

“The hotel was clean, very inviting. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Nice rooms! We booked 4 of them for a graduation. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Even though the staff is nice the rooms are only stacked with one set of towels and expect no bar soap nor the bottles in the shower to be full. The front desk will give you bar soap but refilling those bottles seems to be an impossible feat and a foreign concept ( probably why they are empty). The rooms have 2 light bulbs and its a guessing game on which lamps have the bulbs. Couple that with most of the electrical cords are unplugged it gets into the comical range of what else can go...

“Generally speaking, the property was clean well run, and the breakfast was decent. However, in my room were the problems there’s barely any water pressure in the sink and the tub which was recently renovated or replaced was very slick. I fell getting out of the tub and hit my back on the tub lip. Thankfully, I was not seriously injured. I reported this to the front desk and they made an incident report, but never gave me a copy of it. They then offered me a plastic mat to stand on in the tub,...

“This property has declined since we last stayed June 2024. The door to room, 414, took full body weight to open. The kitchen. Utensils are worn our. The sheets and bedding should be replaced. We were there six nights and the room was cleaned and bed made only once. The breakfasts, which were delicious last stay were really not good. The paper products are the LTJG West quality. We were very disappointed.”

“Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”
