“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “I highly recommend this place for travellers in Hangzhou. The service is unmatched. Most staff speak English. They’re always available for help! It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food.”

“Love the location. Walking distance to Subway station, 清河坊，铜雕博物馆，德寿宫，even 西湖边。Staff super nice, lend me a power adapter to fit US laptop. Room facing street can see the small river and bridge.”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. “Alle tre di mattina ho dovuto cambiare camera per un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. La nuova camera puzzava di fumo ed ho trovato cenere di sigaretta nel purificatore d’aria. Il personale della reception non parla inglese, e siamo in un 5 stelle ”

“Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”
