Hotel vicino a Parco Liulang Wenying - Hangzhou

“Non fanno colazione ma il personale è molto gentile e noi il soggiorno é piaciuto. Un po’ fredda la stanza il primo giorno di permanenza. Per il resto è un buon hotel.”

“Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. “Good location. close most tourists interested places”

“Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!”

“A beautiful stay with thoughtful service, elegant surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail made the experience feel special. I’d happily return!””

“Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons. Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci. Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. Grazie...

“Slightly overpriced hotel close to both subway and the West Lake. ”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“各方面都還不錯，地點更是好，很便利出行，沒什麼好挑剔的。”

“En desayuno no tenía opciones occidentales, las habitaciones están viejas y mal tenidas, además conecte un artículo del toma corriente y estalló ”

“I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff.”

“Don’t trust the pictures, hotel and rooms were dirty there was garbage left in”

“Great location and very friendly staff, breakfast is great, 13 floor the club lounge is quiet with great service. will definitely choose this hotel again”

“The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the lake and the downtown. Facilities are nice, as well as the breakfast. A special thanks to the Management Trainee Ms. Aitara for the fantasic job she did welcoming us! Thak You!”

“Hotel room was a little dusty. Bathroom glass panel was also shattered :( Did not feel like it was safe having my kids there”

“The hotel is in a very good position. Walkable distance to the lake. Staff is very helpful even though they do not speak good english. But anyway they are very kind and try to understand your needs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The overall condition is good. Price was quite good so I reccomend this hotel for sure.”
