“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “Love the location. Walking distance to Subway station, 清河坊，铜雕博物馆，德寿宫，even 西湖边。Staff super nice, lend me a power adapter to fit US laptop. Room facing street can see the small river and bridge.”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“Wonderful stay especially we were bumped up to a huge premium room. Location was so convenient with a less than 10 min walk to In77 shopping area. Easy to call for Didi. The staff always had a smile on their faces and would walk towards us the moment they saw us walking towards the reception. We had parcels delivered n were strangely left at the pickup boxes in the building instead of hotel receptions. Staff were so swift and most helpful in picking them up. Even helped to call the delivery...

Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. “너무너무너무 이쁘고, 사진그대로여서 놀랬습니다. 그리고 아침식사도 너무잘되있어서 정말 이정도 가격에 먹을수잇다는게 감탄스러웠습니다 ㅠㅠ 서호랑 위치가 조금잇긴햇는데 저는 서호말고도 다른 도시도 가려고했어서 기차역이랑 서호 중간쯤있어서 교통도딱이였습니다ㅎ! 위치도 오히려 너무 복잡스럽지않아서 딱이였던거같아요!! 너무너무 추천이라 후기남깁니다”

“Alle tre di mattina ho dovuto cambiare camera per un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. La nuova camera puzzava di fumo ed ho trovato cenere di sigaretta nel purificatore d’aria. Il personale della reception non parla inglese, e siamo in un 5 stelle ”

“Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”
