“Utroligt smukt og lækkert hotel. Der er virkelig gjort noget ud af detaljerne og det ligger helt ud til vandet. Vi var heldige at få et værelse med havudsigt der var helt magisk. Personalet er altid imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Lækker morgenbuffet. Eneste minus var, at det lugtede lidt fra kloakken, der hvor vores værelse var.”

“Ottima accoglienza, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade per la stanza superior gratuitamente. Bella stanza ampia e pulita, bel giardino e zona spiaggia/piscina. Ottime le colazioni con ristorante sul mare. Possibilità di noleggio scooter ed altri servizi. Il mare é caldo e tranquillo ma la sabbia non è corallina e l'acqua pulita ma un po ' torbida, per nuotare meglio fare qualche passo verso la fine della spiaggia, di fronte a W Retreat Hotel.

Il servizio eccellente e celere e gli ambienti Curatissimi. Unica pecca è la posizione: il resort si trova in una zona molto distante dalla movida per cui è necessario prendere un taxi o affittare un mezzo di locomozione.”

“tutto molto bene, un hotel che coniglierei, anche la posizione perfetta in una parte un po piu tranquilla.
L'unica cosa che mi ha disturbato molto, era lo sporco in spiaggia. Sono rimasta 8 gg e solo l'ultimo giorno la spiaggia e' stata pulita e tutta l'immondizia fu rimossa.
L'intera spiaggia avrebbe bisongo di essere rastrellata dalla plastica proveniente dal mare.

A group of them are cohesive and they don’t give any attention of the customer’s needs ( while i paid top dollars ).

Doors cracked in the room.
Showers doesn’t work properly.
Wood floor damage.

The hotel doesn’t offer any particular activities to make their customer spend their days.
Only house music in the pool area.
Outside of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing, rather then some restaurant.

Food quality is poor.
Cuisine is a mix from Mediterranean and Thai.
Breakfast terrible, poor choices . Even a cappucino was awful.
Drinks at the pool, are made without any skill. I believe they learnt by themself, otherwise a simply Mojito, can not be that terrible ( while they asking up to 15 dollars ).

Everything is extremely overprices.

E' un lusso non sfrenato ma elegante. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Spiaggia praticamente privata, usata quindi in esclusiva dagli ospiti della struttura. Ottimo servizio ai lettini, che erano sufficientemente distanziati. Ottima qualità anche il centro massaggi così come la scelta della colazione. Decisamente consigliato e da tornarci più volte."

Remarkable service from all the personnel in the restaurant (Kim and his wife are very pleasurable people to talk with), and the beach. I really enjoyed the music and the lovely attitude of Kuk and Ron duo band, classy, nice, and really well integrated with all the amazing atmosphere of the beach at night.
A note for the manager and the owner: the welcoming at the reception must be improved, not the same level of the rest of the staff: need more responsive feedback, rooms to be ready, answers to email to be provided on time."
