“From arranged pick up from the airport to going home was faultless. The hotel was spotless in all areas. The staff were most helpful at all times, cheerful and willing to please. The breakfasts were well prepared and staff were very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris on reception was a master class. At the end of my trip caught a bus to Airport for £1.60 Certainly would like to stay again especially in Summer has a great garden with open air swimming pool. This hotel has everything that I wanted.”

“The property is immaculate,quiet and extremely comfortable.Room service is impeccable,staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Eating in the restraint is a joy to behold,the menu is varied and extremely tempting.breakfast is delicious to start the day.from in house toast and pastries,to fish and full English etc.the only thing I thought would be a great addition would be a mini bar in the room..overall.a wonderful place to stay,in my opinion. 10/10”

“What an amazing start we have had, from the extremely comfortable and large bed with pillows that were so divine we've never had a better night's sleep. “Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”

“Second time I have stayed at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Handy location for the town centre (although a steep hill to walk back up), parking, amazing staff, great food at a very reasonable rate and large, comfy rooms. Only slight negative was the unreliable wi-fi signal although it was fine last time so I must have been unlucky with the room. I will hopefully be back for a 3rd time next year.”
