“The good part :
- The hotel is clean
- Price is reasonable
- Easy access to IT park
- Free bottled water
Concerns:
- Staff not courteous, When I got down from the cab I needed help to take 2 luggages up the stairs ( standard courtesy extended at most hotels in India ) to reach reception area but the bell boys waited till I took the luggage up by myself.
- Outside the hotel area is bit crowded and feels lil unsafe even the elevator don’t have floor access control.

“HOTEL IS LOCATED ON OUTER RING ROAD ROOMS ARE NEATELY MAINTAINED . STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL TOILETERIES ARE REPLACED EVERY DAY TEA-COFEE MAKER REFILING DONE AT ANY TIME. BUFFET BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL EQUIVALENT TO GOOD FIVE-STAR HOTELS.. I RECOMENT IT FOR ALL TYPE OF TRAVELLERS

La chambre (205) sur la rue est par contre un peu bruyante, jusqu'à 21h00. Mais cela, l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand chose.”

“My stay at Hilton was awesome right from the time i checked in.The staff is very friendly, helpful and will do their best to take care of your needs. My room was excellent, was upgraded to a Suite and allowed an early check in too. My family also was at Hilton as their flights were cancelled and I did see how the staff was so very nice and helpful to my wife and kids as they were stuck for 4 days.Amenities were great too, the food was nice and the spa services were very relaxing too.
