“Ottimo hotel in una cittadina da sogno fuori dal reale. Il patio interno è molto bello ed è piacevole sostarvi. La camera confortevole con condizionatore silenzioso e bagno moderno. La cortesia, la disponibilità e l'assistenza del personale è persino superiore alla media, molto elevata, della Colombia. Posizione al centro di Mompox che comunque si visita facilmente a piedi. Forse l'unico neo è la colazione, servita e non a buffet, che potrebbe essere più ricca.”

“This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didn’t even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended up leaving. The hotels.com chat function didn’t work for us so unfortunately the hotel did receive our prepaid funds; they get our honest review in return. I sincerly recommend not going to this...
