“The hotel is very nice, with a nice yard, a nice friendly dog, and it is close to the city centre. The room was spacious and very clean; the shower with good pressure. They can send you a taxi to the bus station for only 5 Soles. Ask for the restaurant San Isidro if you want to go out for dinner. The breakfast was good but easily improvable i.e. with more bread and different types of tea. We could leave our luggage there for free after the check out to go on an excursion. On the negative side...

Después de tener la confirmación de la reserva, cuando llegamos a la dirección el hotel NO EXISTÍA, a consecuencia de esta decepción hicimos otra reserva, después de recibir la confirmación de la reserva, al llegar a la nueva dirección, sorpresa!!… TAMPOCO EXISTE!! Después de este NEFASTO SERVICIO y de los desplazamientos en taxi y con la noche encima, tuvimos q buscar a pie un hostal q nos costó carísimo!! NO LE DESEO HOTELS.COM NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO!! ”

“Rooms have no ventilation and are very, very, very hot. Rooms are so hot we quickly realized there was no way we could stay here - the rooms are also quite different to the photos and description online. We left and found a different hostel up the road ”
