“I was really happy with the attention from the staff at the hotel. We arrived quite early (at noon) three hours before check-in time and were allowed to check into our room immediately. I also needed to attend a work video meeting that ended at 11 AM and routinely runs slightly longer. I asked if I could do a slightly late check-out and was given the option to check out at 12 PM with no extra charge. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and flexible at accommodating my request.
