The privacy that the 5 individual rooms offered was really nice each room was comfortable and well appointed.The proximity to the Boardwalk and the pier couldn't have been better. If you're planning a trip to Sant Cruz I would highly recommend staying at this location”

“Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely home. A spacious floor plan with a large kitchen, it is decorated with style and function in mind. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded quickly and was very helpful.”

We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again.”

“Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.”

“The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests.”

“It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night.”

Also shoutout to Teddy for being an absolute lovely and accomodating host. He was really flexible with the check in and check out timjngs. ”

“Absolutely outstanding property. The views are so tranquil and the inside is so comfy and beautifully designed. Wish I can come back and not leave the place for the whole weekend! Highly recommend. The only bummer is we weren’t able to heat the pool but luckily the temperature was refreshing! Keep in mind- getting Ubers is a little difficult with the gate entry and spotty service outside the house. I wonder if there’s an easier way to go about doing that. ”
