“I scheduled the stay at the Comfort Inn to get ready for surgery at Sanford Hospital the next morning. First of all: the toilet tissue was soiled, bugs on the beds, door to the room was not attached properly you could see through it. air conditioning system was not working properly and during the night the toilet wouldn't flush! This room was a public health hazard! We stayed in room #129. I had a poor night's sleep. I had to be at the hospital at 6AM. I am sure that was not helpful for my...

“Used to always be a great experience staying at the hotel, but this last one was bad. They closed the pool, no apologies were given and the long weekend was a waste of money. We were staying at the hotel to enjoy the pool. I'm waiting for the hotel to get back to me on how they will compensate us for not being able to use the pool.”

“My first visit was wonderful. The price, cleanliness, free parking, and location made the hotel an amazing choice. However, the upkeep of the rooms were less pleasant my second visit. Hair in the shower. Dirty walls. The closet/main doors were impossible to close. The price this time around didn’t seem to match the quality. One certain positive: the customer service was amazing. I would love to consider Leland again in the future, but this past stay was a little unfortunate.”

“It’s fine but didn’t feel like the four seasons I know. The pool service was below average. The bartender at Quattro on Monday night was disappointing. The guy on Sunday night was great. On Monday we ordered a single fortaleza ranch water, when is saw the charge of $55 for the one drink I questioned the bartender who told us he doesn’t know he just charges what the system tells him to. That’s not four seasons service.”
