“Nice place, easy check in”

“We stay here often, however the rooms are rarely as listed...meaning it may say a 2 bedroom with 2 queens when in fact it may be a king with 2 twin beds. Also, the Latch keyless entry is a pain. It usually takes an hour before we get in just because the codes don't work. Yet, the location, parking and overall great neighbors and neighborhood make up for the frustrations.”

“The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself.
