“We stay here often, however the rooms are rarely as listed...meaning it may say a 2 bedroom with 2 queens when in fact it may be a king with 2 twin beds. Also, the Latch keyless entry is a pain. It usually takes an hour before we get in just because the codes don't work. Yet, the location, parking and overall great neighbors and neighborhood make up for the frustrations.”

“Great apartment in a very nice complex! Comfortable beds with nice common room furnishings. Our only complaint was the keyless app used for all of the locks. It was cumbersome and very annoying.”

If, like me, you want a personal interaction with the person or couple that own the property - this is not it. They have applications for the rental, they require copies of the front and back of your DL and credit card. They require the address of record for the CC match the address on the DL: I had recently moved so I had to get a new DL before I could rent from...
