“This was a nice, clean, quiet, modern place, and perfect location for our needs. Communication was excellent. We had a slight gliche in checking in, not to Walter's fault, and he was on it and took care of everything within minutes. Was very comfortable and just all around good space. We were in to see a show at the Frost, it was about 15 minutes away. Also, a great place to eat is Luna. Walter was a great host and would book again.”

“place was nice and clean, but it should be listed for 4 people instead of 6 people. there was no bed for the other 2. so the kids had to sleep on the floor, which was fine for them and us. upstairs guests can be a little noise but overall, safe area and quiet! ”

“The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which...

“Great place! Super clean! You need an app to check-in which is annoying. The kitchen is OK for cooking and baking but it could have been better equipped. It should have more pots, pans, cups, utensils etc, you know - like a real home. This is what distinguishes these rentals from a hotel.”
