“We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year.
To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve.
I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms.
The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course...

“Check in was delayed by about an hour, because there was no key in the key box. Apparently some mistake had happened, so there had been no cleaning nor bed linen. A member of service appeared and locked us in and changed the bed linen. But all in all it was not the smooth and relaxing experience we had hoped for ”

"Un soggiorno meraviglioso arricchito da una camera deliziosa, comoda con vista meravigliosa e da cocktails speciali…! Anche la ristorazione è di ottima qualità; personale al top e comodità impagabile; insomma oltre all’aria di montagna anche una chicchera di struttura alberghiera: la “montagna incantata” si è rivelata tale.
