“Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. ”

“Tolles altes Haus, ohne Luxus, aber netter, hilfsbereiter Chef, große küche zum Austauschen mit anderen Gästen, viele Möglichkeiten in dem kleinen ort wie Wandern, Radtour, Onsen, Museum, einheimische Lebensmittel, Reisfelder... in der nähe Seen, Matsumoto-Burg.... alles total entspannt und erholsam”

“銭湯併設で高濃度炭酸泉やサウナ、ジェットバス湯温が違うお風呂や日替わりのお湯など8種類のお風呂を満喫しました。調理場で地場の生ホタルイカを茹で器も何種類もあり好みの器でいただきました。ランドリーもありとても便利です。卓球台があり他の利用客の人が楽しそうに使っていました。特に家族や友人との利用をお勧めします。”

“設備は古いが、清潔に管理されている。何より無料のウェルカムドリンク、アルコール、ラーメンやお茶漬けの夜食、朝食も無料なのに盛りだくさんのおかずがあり、サービスは充実している。富山駅からもそれほど遠くないし、静かで、おすすめです。”

“Very welcoming place. Staff do everything they can to help you. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Onsen on site is great. One of the best places I've stayed. ”

“Great cozy little inn. Stayed here for a week and would stay here again. Beds were comfy, bathroom was big enough. Very close to the bus terminal, Happo One resort and a few restaurants and bars. The onsen was very handy after long days on the slopes too. Make sure you have google translate if you need to ask the staff anything.”

“Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. ”

“Convenient location, close to Tsugaike and Iwatake where the property owner will drop you daily in the morning and pick up in the afternoon on request. The shuttle bus stop to the other resorts is a short walk from the accommodation. Alan is a good host and is very friendly and obliging. He picked us up on short request when we picked up our ski gear on the first day and dropped us off where we wanted to drop our ski gear on the last day. A nice cooked breakfast is included and the...

“Got to the place pretty late and was expecting to just ramen in myself but I was welcomed by Mike at the parking lot to pick my luggage to my room! Thankful to have Leo and Mike to cook BBQ for me! Dinner was just next level❤️ great stay that feels like HOME! Thanks to Mike recommendation, my intinery is set for the next 2 days ! ”

“I had a wonderful stay here, 4 nights in the summer was beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, great location, stunning scenery, perfect weather definitely book here. Great restaurants close by, I would recommend a hire car for a day or two as there is so much to explore. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself back here. Would definitybe a lot of fun here through the winter too.”
