“Hotel had a moldy and musky odor. The room I stayed in had roaches and mold. The lighting in the room was very dim. I did not see the mold until I used the flashlight on my cellphone. I woke up next morning sick from breathing in the mold. I requested a refund from the live person on the kiosk. They said I need to go through Expedia. I have been trying to get in contact with Expedia. Expedia has been ghosting me. Poor customer service with Expedia. I am also trying to get my security deposit...

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...
