“I don't like to be negative but unfortunately this time I have to. Most of our towels looked like they were not washed right, they had black spots on them so we had to ask for new ones. Our A/C didn't work, we were not offered different room and were told that if we stayed longer than one night maybe they would do something but because we were there for just one night nothing happened. Also check-in was very long and receptionist smiled and said I am just doing it slow.”
