“Exceptional stay at ALL IN HOTEL in Denver! After running the Denver Marathon that morning, it was such a relief to come back to the hotel and be welcomed with outstanding customer service. The staff kindly allowed us a late check-out without any hesitation, which made a huge difference for us after the race. “As far as amenities and friendliness of staff- it’s a 10 out of 5. This hotel is newly opened and the amenities and staff are awesome. You can tell they’ve put some effort into updating amenities. However, the noise from the street is SO loud. There was a spider in the room. We only had two towels, though 4 can stay there. “The hotel lobby was impressive. It was enormous and served as the setting for the pool and game area and had a few comfortable couches and chairs for guests to relax. My room was spacious and comfortable. There were body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bath. Plenty of parking and breakfast was included.”

“The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!”
