“The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness. However, I had an issue with the room door because it did not fit properly. Even when the door was fully closed, there was a noticeable gap where you could see outside. This affected my sense of privacy and security during my stay. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve the guest experience.”

“Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel.
What bothered me wasn’t even the money. It was the attitude. The manager never provided any...

“Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision.”
