“Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!”

“Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. ”

“We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM.
