“Property is really really really weedy. It’s advertised as a beautiful oasis but it is a run down property. We were very nervous when we pulled into the parking lot but I will say the room was clean and the staff was nice.
Breakfast was fine but the floor was filthy.”

“The room had the most foul odor I have smelled, and the carpet was moist from the humidity. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the entire property was incredibly dated.”

“Was given a handicap room on the first floor that I did not request. When I entered the room, I was completely overwhelmed by the musty smell. It was completely overpowering every time you entered the room. Obviously the room has not been kept well cleaned. I won’t be coming back. Also, the air-conditioning did not work very well.”

“The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.”
