“A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. ”

“When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.”

“This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any...

We already had a large VRBO rented for the week in Culebra but wouldn’t be able to return the night of this tour due to the ferry schedules.This place was perfect for our needs and I appreciate the other reviewers who led me to choose this place.
