“Daniel at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, kind and supportive. I checked in very late at night coming in from a delayed flight and he graciously allowed us to check out late. The property was immaculate clean, and the pool was pristine (even cleaner than some high end hotels I’ve stayed at). Thank you!! ”

“L’hotel presenta dei servizi non all’altezza del marchio Hilton,poca professionalità alla reception e colazione molto scarsa.In tutto l’hotel era evidente in taglio del personale,con una solo persona alla reception e due al servizio colazione.Mi era stata data una camera per disabili senza che mi fossi avvertito del cambiamento e solo dopo aver contattato il mio broker della prenotazione mi è stata cambiata la camera.”

“It was a place to sleep. Never had issues with noisy neighbors, people were generally nice or kept to themselves. A/C worked which was nice because the room was humid. The hotel is next to a busy interstate so the car noise was very loud. Everything worked as it should in the room and I never saw any bugs! We knew what we paid for going in and everything met expectations. ”

“The ac didn't work properly. The room was a non smoking room supposedly and it stunk really bad. Ended up leaving the room in the middle of the night because the smell was overpowering and there was a lot of people outside the rooms making a lot of noise and consuming illegal substances. ”
