“Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. “Area estremamente affollata il venerdì è sabato sera a causa dei locali notturni in zona. Bene se si intende soggiornare dopo una sera al pub. Poco consigliato per famiglie o per chi non è interessato alle discoteche. La sera è molto frequentato da persone ubriache che vagano per le strade della zona dopo una sera per locali. I compenso la struttura è una costruzione storica molto particolare.”

“Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. Good communication and instructions prior to stay. “All in all, its a decent accommodation for people who are looking to whizz through Birmingham. We needed a car to drive around to the NEC etc. This accommodation is not too far, but around 25 mins away from the centre of Birmingham by driving. Can't complain. ”
