“Our stay was great. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Friendly. Only problem i had was when we arrived and was told it was 100 cash deposit. Did not see anything on the booking about this. After working in the heat all day was a bit upset to have to go drive somewhere to withdraw rhe cash to check in. Great otherwise.”

“After checking into my hotel, and unloading my clothes I realized the air was turning on and off even though it was set at a temp. When I went to call the front desk, my phone didn’t work. I had 2 lights burnt out & no microwave or fridge. Archer was absolutely amazing in regard to customer service. He went above and beyond to not only get me a fridge and microwave. “Lovely stay; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little better... we had to knock on the door to the kitchen area to alert them that many of the dishes had run out and that the apple juice was dispensing only water. When we peered inside, all the kitchen staff were just standing around chatting. This was at 8:00am when the breakfast closed at 9:00. Oopsie.”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay! This historic building has such a cute retro renovation. Very mid-century modern vibes and I loved that. We walked to Bardenay for dinner and had coffee and muffins from Flourish Bakery both within walking distance of the hotel. It was very clean, quiet, and I particularly loved that you check yourself in with the door keypad so you don't actually have to talk with anyone.
