“La scelta di questo hotel è stata dettata dalla caratteristica forse unica in Waikiki di offrire un parcheggio gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti, bene preziosissimo se si utilizza un'auto per muoversi all'interno dell'isola. “The “ hotel” was outdated , dirty and had a moldy smell . They didn’t offer room service so we had full trash cans and no clean towels . The walls were dirty ,the shower was rusted with mold spots , no amenities , the shampoo , soap and conditioner bottles were half way full and etc . The property should be a motel and not hotel .”

“They are a private owned condos not an actual hotel. The room did not have black out curtains and faced the side that had so many lights it looked like it was day time the whole night. There was major construction that was not disclosed when you booked. The shower had poor pressure and the tv cable set up would go in and out while watching something. The staff didn’t offer any advice like where the ice machine or pool was I guess because it’s all private condos. ”

“Room 702 We stayed here for 11 days and chose this place because it was a good deal, so expectations were realistic. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. We were given very limited towels, including one with mold. The bathroom fan does not work, and one of the bathroom lights only worked about half the time. In Hawaii’s humidity, this caused moisture problems, and all of our clothes ended up smelling musty. The ceiling air filter is covered in dirt, and the carpet...
