“Motel abbastanza vicino al downtown. Semplice e pulito, per 50 euro un affare. A 75 si trova di meglio.la vicinanza all'autostrada lo rende un po'rumoroso”

“Pulizia della camera mediocre, maleodorante. Prima colazione: solo caffè, succo di frutta e snakes. Mancavano: fette biscottate, burro, marmellata, tea, latte, frutta, ecc. Prezzo pagato, eccessivo per la qualità del servizio ottenuto. ”

“Clean rooms”

“Mostly clean, stained bedding. The Bathroom door would not close or open well because of how thick the paint build-up is. Daily cleaning was OK. Staff OK, but forgetful about requests (only 3 hangers). I requested more, still only 3 after 2 requests and 3 days of my stay. I had to wrap the refrigerator adjustment knob with wire from a "bread tie", to make it turn the adjustment knob to the coldest temperature. (That was on the replacement of the first broken knob). “Horrible experiencia. De entrada el personal del lobby muy grosera y cerrada. Después te piden un depósito de seguridad de $40 dólares que no menciona en Expedia y esto no es lo peor de todo… La seguridad en el hotel es MALA. A penas llegamos y había un borracho en el estacionamiento deambulando y en la madrugada había gente afuera que nos tocaba la puerta e intentaba entrar a la habitación..dejando una sensación de miedo y de desconfianza por lo que no pude dormir ni un minuto porque estuve más...

“I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. ”

“This was my second stay at this location and it’s my first choice to stay in San Antonio. It is immaculately kept and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too! Very convenient to Freeman Coliseum. Highest possible recommendation.”

“This property is thoughtfully laid out and great for a large group or family. It's clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The four rooms are large, with plenty of beds. Loved the kitchen layout. It's close to all the great attractions in downtown San Antonio. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by the staff. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. It had everything we needed for a home away from home.”
