“Ero pieno di aspettative per questo hotel ma sono rimasto deluso. La camera era vecchia e, a tratti, non ben pulita. Mancava pure il tostapane che c'è sempre negli hotel americani (non avendo la colazione è utile un tostapane). Tutto un po' trasandato. La piscina carina ma nulla di più. Ottimo, invece, l'ingresso alla spiaggia. Personale cordiale e gentile. Visto il costo non credo ci tornerò. ”

“It was our first time at Ocean city and I have to say that it was one of the best places my family and I have stayed during a beach vacation. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and the section of the beach was not crowded at all. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the beach and the balcony was also spacious. The beds were a little too soft for my comfort but that’s a preference thing. The hotel has everything you need if you wanted to you could spend an entire week there and...

“This is a newly refurbished property that SPARKLES. It's so pretty -- they provide free beach umbrellas, chairs and towels. They have a large outdoor patio right off the beach with games, a beach bar you can get food at, an outdoor shower, outdoor and indoor pool. I was outside so much i didn't even realize my room had a small balcony with Ocean and Bay view until my 2nd day. I will definitely stay here next time. The room was beautiful too. ”

“The place is nice staff very nice. The whole week no one cleaned the pool it was cloudy and dirty. I went to other places to swim. Pool needs maintenance everyday!”

“While this seems to be a more old-fashioned property, it is definitely very clean and comfortable. I’m a bit of an germaphobe and although I love to travel, some hotels give me an ick. I did not feel icky here at all. Upon check in we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. We have dealt with three different people at the front desk during our stay and they were all very friendly and professional. We did have an issue with the AC and addressed and it was taken care of immediately....

“We have stayed at Park Place several times. The room, pool, and property are always clean and well maintained. The location can't be beat! We stayed for 4 nights and only drove to one place the entire stay. It is walkable to dining and entertainment options for the whole family. The beach is literally right outside the back entrance. It is family friendly with multi-generational family vacationers.”

“All was OK, rooms were nice and comfortable, apart a strange kind of hospitality. On arrival we had been waiting ~10 min for a moment when girl on reception would finish a telephone call to her friend. As I heard she spoked Russian by phone, I started to speak Russian with her as well, but she told she doesn't understand me and we continued on English. hmm... o_0”
