“From the moment we arrived the employees were great! They took our luggage and stored it until check in. We stayed on our arrival to Seattle and again upon our return from the cruise. They were so helpful in every aspect and so friendly. We will stay again!”

“This is not the Hotel Max I used to stay. Room was not ready until 6pm. I do not care about the size of the room even if this time, it was the smallest available. What disturbed me the most is the fact room was ever made up through out the stay even if it was told at reception. Not acceptable for a hotel with such prices”
