“Resort molto bello ma eccessivamente caro per ciò che offre. Camere piccole, con spazio sacrificato in favore di sala e cucina. La spiaggia è di sassolini e conchiglie nel bagnasciuga e abbiamo trovato mare torbido con alghe in spiaggia e un’infinità di insetti volanti neri sia in spiaggia che in piscina davvero fastidiosi. Non abbiamo ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dalla prenotazione come Gold level neppure su esplicita richiesta. In generale il resort è adatto a famiglie e ad amanti di sport...

“Eravamo già stati in questo hotel parecchi anni fa e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa piacevole atmosfera. Aria familiare e tranquilla anche se accoglie molte persone. Camera pulita con bella terrazza e vista sull'acqua della baia, ampia spiaggia di sabbia appena attraversata la strada. Il ristorante è stato la vera sorpresa per la qualità del cibo veramente a un livello stellato. Lo consigliamo al 100% .”

“Appena siamo entrati sembrava accogliente, ma poi ci siamo resi conto che era veramente sporco: biancheria da letto macchiata, tavolo da cucina con cibo appiccicato, se siete degli archeologi sotto il divano vi divertite. Unici vantaggi personale gentile, parcheggio e buona posizione. ”

“Great place for a family or friends trip. We really enjoyed having two king suites, a queen bedroom, and an additional smaller bedroom good for kids/teens. The pool and spa were great and everything was just as described. ”

“The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. Great Experience!.”

“The house is beautifully appointed, private and on a nice canal. Within walking distance to the very nice marina. Rum Runners is great for lunch or dinner, on the water. So clean and the hosts are so very nice, attentive and respond very quickly. Very gracious hosts! The pool is a highlight and the spa heats up quickly. The game room is great, has a poker table and chips. The kitchen is amazing and totally stocked with everything you might need. They have weights and a ping pong table in...

“Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!”

“The condo had been renovated nicely and functioned well. Much better than some other units in Lands End where other members of our family stayed.Captiva and Sanibel are a shell of their former selves and the South Seas Island resort is very much in a state of heavy construction and hedge podge amenities. ”

“I would highly recommend staying at this property. Tony was a phenomenal host! He is very accommodating and goes above & beyond to make your stay memorable! The condo has everything you need while enjoying your time away from home. The condo was very clean & the air conditioning will freeze you out! The condo complex is very quiet and has a great dock to enjoy fishing as well as the morning sunrise! ”

“2 teens both had their own room and bathroom. We spent our evenings in the pool and spa hot tub. Typical amenities are close by and we just enjoyed our family time here. Would not hesitate to stay here again.”
