“The bed I had was harder than I’m used to so that was a bit of a let down. As for breakfast it was help yourself. Fine for things like cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice and toast, but not for cooked food. That should be cooked to order not put out and kept warm for an hour or two. The eggs were really tough.”

“Beyond what we expected, there was a miscommunication between the resort and Expedia for our booking, information from Expedia can that we booked a classic cabin, although we booked a premier cabin, but was quickly sorted by staff at the desk. “Beech was within 10 mins walk, down a short steep hill, stayed on 3rd floor at the top, Unfortunately the heating wasnt working so was cold in room overnight for granddaughter. We reported next day at breakfast, someone came to release air in radiators, also given electric heater as they didn’t get very warm. Staff pleasant, decent variety at breakfast”
