“The view from the room overlooking the bay is very nice, but the room has no air conditioning/heat pump so it is hard to enjoy as it is very hot. There also are no screens in the bathroom so every night there are many insects, several of them are quite large. It made for a much less enjoyable stay especially at this price point. At the very least, I would suggest they install screens so that there won’t be as many insects.”

“Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war toll. Wir waren zu früh da und durften trotzdem sofort einchecken. 😊 Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, wenn auch klein. In der Tür war leider eine Ritze, so dass Mücken und die Hitze immer rein können und der Weg zur Unterkunft ist extrem steil hier muss gut aufgepasst werden. Wir würden es trotzdem weiterempfehlen ☺️”

“Notre séjour à Hotel Alma de Ojochal a été absolument magique. Dès notre arrivée, Ana, la responsable, nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de professionnalisme. Elle est attentionnée, disponible et veille à chaque détail pour que l’expérience soit parfaite.
L’hôtel est petit, intimiste et plein de charme. On s’y sent privilégié, presque comme dans un refuge exclusif au cœur de la nature. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle… et les couchers de soleil sont parmi...

“Unsere Suite war super sauber und die Dachterrasse war einfach toll! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat die Organisation von Transfer und Ausflügen für uns übernommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ”

“This property is beautiful, tasteful, understated and in the jungle. It is small and intimate with only a few villas and attentive hosts. Villas are not large but are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. This place is a real find. Our stay was great in every way. ”

“This a beautiful property with rustic cabins. There are amazing views as it is high up. We saw many birds from our balcony including green parrots and toucans. It is quite a climb from the road, definitely not accessible, but close to Drake Bay beach, a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We pre-arranged a tour to Corcovado National Park through the hotel and it went great. You can order breakfast the day before and have it specially prepared for you...
