“I would not stay here again. Communication prior to arrival was non existent after multiple attempts through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and IG. The transportation and tour booking help that was promised in their description was therefor not met. Upon arrival I mentioned this and the response from the manager was that yes, this is known issue but there was nothing they could do. This property will undergo major renovations in the fall and it seems they will just coast until then.

“This a beautiful property with rustic cabins. There are amazing views as it is high up. We saw many birds from our balcony including green parrots and toucans. It is quite a climb from the road, definitely not accessible, but close to Drake Bay beach, a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We pre-arranged a tour to Corcovado National Park through the hotel and it went great. You can order breakfast the day before and have it specially prepared for you...

“This place is a diamond in the rough. We almost missed the turn onto the uphill, dirt road that looks like you're going the wrong way. But at the top of the hill, you'll find this beautiful property. The infinity pool and view are incredible. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was very nice. Could have used a steamer or iron, and they probably could have provided if I had asked them. No TV --- but that was actually a plus because this place is meant to be a very calming...
