“The breakfast was decent, friendly breakfast attendant.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Room was clean, the beds were not comfy and the mattress under the sheets was extremely dirty.
Pool area was okay, water was cold and there were no towels.
Overall decent stay for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

“I think the water park needs maintenance; the facilities in the children's area are covered in algae.The noise from the rooms upstairs was very noticeable; it was quite loud, and it was hard to sleep because of it.”

“Ok
Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.
However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...
