“I recently stayed alone for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's response, room, and food. The location was on the west bank of the Nile River, so it was easy to access places like the Valley of the Kings, and unlike the east bank, it was quiet and comfortable. “I wish my stay here was longer. The service and hospitality were fantastic. And the attached restaurant had delicious local foods…I’m still thinking about the lentil soup! The hotel also arranged airport transfers so that I didn’t have to worry about getting to the hotel or airport. Saves bargaining with people outside the Luxor airport. The only downside was that the shower was very small and not the easiest to enter/exit due to the placement of the sink. ”

“Sia la posizione sia la struttura sono ottimali, un eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio presente e cordiale, colazione un po’ lenta ma fatta al momento, piscina utilissima per il relax post visite. L’unico punto da segnalare è la connessione Wi-Fi: peccato che una struttura così valida pecchi su questo aspetto. La connessione va e viene, si interrompe e si ripristina improvvisamente. Nulla cambia sul mio giudizio ma suggerisco ai ragazzi che gestiscono l’albergo di mettere in agenda...

“I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours. I did not get any responses or refund after days. Expedia scammed me my money”
