“Bell'hotel, peccato per il personale poco capace. Siamo arrivati da Cairo ed eravamo stanchi. Arriviamo in Reception e ci dicono di aspettare 10 minuti per la stanza che la stavano pulendo. Accettabile. Quei 10 minuti si sono trasformati quasi in 1 ora e mezza, tra scuse improbabili e menzogne. Il personale diceva: 10 minuti, poi 15, poi 20, poi una ragazza dello staff andò a controllare la situazione e al suo ritorno si nascondeva in reception per evitarci. Quando queste cose accadono,...

“the external part can be rated as sufficient but the room was seriously old, completely dark with extremely insufficient illumination, the shower was like the one of my grandma, the bed linen was old style. it must be said that the view from the room was very beautiful. the pictures on the website should be refreshed. they are from two decades ago.”

“Il Djorff Palace è una splendida struttura che si trova nel west bank della città di Luxor. La strada per raggiungere l'hotel non è particolarmente agevole, ma si può facilmente raggiungere l'altra sponda del fiume con la barca messa a disposizione dalla struttura, un'esperienza molto piacevole! Per visitare i principali siti archeologici della città abbiamo contattato un tassista con indrive, che per 25 euro ci ha portato in giro tutto il giorno, consigliandoci anche dove pranzare. “Struttura meravigliosa da ogni punto di vista, curato in ogni singolo dettaglio, personale estremamente disponibile. I ristoranti all’interno sono buonissimi, la struttura è dotata di ogni confort. Disponibilità a organizzare viste con personale altamente professionale. Il cibo della colazione era incredibilmente vario e ottimo. Assolutamente raccomandato!”

“We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. They accommodated us 5 in a family suite in the building next to the main structure (with another privatised little swimming pool) that had even a kitchen. Some waiting time for dinner and breakfast but all was very good. Very confortable to get to the the king and queen valley's a bit less for Luxor city.”

“la struttura era molto ben organizzata, stanze pulite, cibo ottimo e personale efficiente e simpatico. Unica pecca è la posizione, poi luxor west è la zona più “morta” della città di luxor. Se avete già dei tour programmati ve la consiglio caldamente ma in caso contrario è più comodo un hotel in una zona più viva ”

“I booked the Cruise for 3 days over Christmas, but when I got to the Departure point at 12pm there was no such cruise boat, or cruise, I went to the office and I was informed the boat was somewhere else. Not the type of holiday at Christmas I was expecting, a total nightmare ”

C’è’ una piscina abbastanza grande e molto più profonda (nella parte finale) delle piscine che si trovano di solito negli hotel. Inoltre è’ esteticamente molto piacevole e davvero ben tenuta.
