“Yes was quite satisfied with Breakfast & parking. Hotel is clean & well maintained. Rm very relaxing- very professional atmosphere.... Staff at Hyatt place is perhaps their strongest point! As they are much more down to earth then in other Hotel's we have staid at. My Mother & are quite happy with the way were treated at the Hyatt place! We give them a 93% out of a 100!
We recommend the Hyatt place in Uncasville Conn. for anyone looking to have a down to earth relaxing get away! ”

“Hotel is a great location, staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was yummy. The room was great except the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. And sadly the pool was freezing! We let the hotel staff know about the pool but it was still freezing the next day. ”
