“The room was clean, but when I arrived the front desk staff came across as a bit rude, almost like I was an inconvenience. I’m relieved I won’t have to deal with that again. On the bright side, the team at the little coffee kiosk was great both times I stopped by, really friendly and helpful.”

“Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue.
When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use...

“Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. ”
