“Everything was good. Only issue was the toilet was dislodged from its base. Other than that, nice place. ”

“The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. ”

“The property is welcome to pets, except there is trash all over and pretty big holes in the grass areas. Found room and hotel mostly clean, but in need of repairs and smelly. Staff was helpful. ”

“I went to Redrocf on 6109 East 43rd Street The clerk came out very disrespectful in talking crazy and I already paid for my room alone he had before my ID in my card I said you don't need my ID my card because all you need is an itinerary number cuz I've already paid for the room so I stayed the same hotel last week we want to do one and I did have to pay a f****** deposit so being him going back and forth I said I got $6 cash that's what I want to take no money off my car no more I don't see...

“The room was clean, however our internet didn’t work in our room and we were unable to connect to Netflix. They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist the building was a lot. Honestly this was not of the Marriott standards we’re use to and the area of the hotel was questionable. ”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept.”
