“三島駅の隣りという立地も良いですが、立地以上にホテルのスタッフの対応、清潔な館内と部屋、最上階大浴場からの眺め、地産かつ豊かな朝食など、これまでに経験しなかったおもてなしをして頂きました。なかでも、初めて頂いた「わさび丼」は絶品でした。非常に居心地の良いホテルです。また「水辺の文学」と言う三島のコンセプト通り、他都市と比較して都市部を流れる情緒ある川と、三島独特の書店が数あり、ホテル近くの中心部を散策するだけでも価値のある街だと感じました。また三島に行くときは、富士山三島東急ホテルに宿泊したいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The hotel is in a very good position for starting to travel around the Monter Fuji and Ashi lake. Really near the train station. Hakone is not a good city for fun but it's perfect for relaxing the last days of your travel (2 days max). To see the Monte Fuji is enchanting.”

“Simply amazing experience - kind and friendly staff; delicious snacks/drinks; to-dream-of kind of breakfast; and hot spring baths (in-room, private, AND shared/sauna); selection of yukata; amenities just 5 out of 5. Did not feel like leaving and a huge thank you to the staff - made us feel very welcome and the entire experience completely surpassed my expectations.”

“車があると快適な場所だと思います。宿泊は家族3人でファミリータイプのマンション型の部屋でした。ベッド2台＋和室に布団3組ありました。広々としていてゆっくり出来ました。”

“もう40年も前から10回以上利用させて頂いてます、勿論熱海では他にも色々利用して来てますがここアカオは特別な思い出を沢山戴いて参りましたコロナ禍で一度経営者が変わる等の内部事情はあったようですが優秀なコンサルに寄って立ち直しに成功したと聞いております価格帯が高くならない限りまだまだ利用していくつもりです”

“とても、快適に過ごさせて頂きました。スタッフさん、皆さん感じよくて、研修中の方も、気遣い、笑顔と感心致しました。一点、館内の移動の際の履物が、少々、型崩れというか大きくなった履物で残念でした。”
