“お食事は朝夕とも美味しかったし綺麗でしたがお部屋内のバスマット・内線電話の設置が無くフロントへの連絡が出来ずわざわざフロントまで行かなければならない 貸切風呂は予約なしで別料金も掛からず良いが前に使っていると髪の毛などが浮いていて湯船が汚い 施設が綺麗なのに残念でした”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“My only complaint is that I didn't stay there longer. The area and hotel are so calm and peaceful, and the beach views are unbelievable. “The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. Your type of inappropriate behaviours create negative emotions about tourists and will get the good tourist banned.”

“First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again.”

“I loved the Mt. Fuji accents in the room, especially the toilet paper. The staff were welcoming, the property was nicely maintained, the breakfast was nice with both Japanese and western options, and the indoor/outdoor baths and changing area were all clean and in good condition. The only thing about this property that I did not enjoy was the noise of trains from Mishima station. I expected the sounds to subside after the last train, but on this stretch of the line there are also trains...
