“Lovely period hotel with good decor and clean throughout; staff also friendly and helpful. Only minor gripes were noisy creaking floorboards in room above and inability to get on the Wi-Fi. Gave a low ecofriendly score as unable to reduce room temperature (other than opening a window) and shower gel and shampoo in individual disposable bottles. Great place to stay though :-)”

“A nice hotel, but I was disappointed with my last day. I stayed for 5 nights and asked for a late checkout on the final day, only to be told checkout latest was 11am and every hour after would be a charge of £30. This seems a little extortionate and as a frequent traveller and user of this hotel many time before, a little user unfriendly. I understand they have to clean the rooms and make ready for other people, but surely there is a more customer friendly way of dealing with this. ”

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”

“We booked this stay for our daughters birthday, all the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The reception were great with our daughter, they noticed it was her birthday and gave her a nice jar of jelly beans. The room was clean and as expected, facility's were great especially the pool area. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning, the selection was plentiful and all the food was good quality and presented well. We will visit again.”
