“It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. “Das Hotel hat wirklich Stil man fühlt sich beinahe in eine "alte Zeit" zurückversetzt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, es war aber grundsätzlich schon ausreichend. Irritierend war lediglich, dass man am Abend ein der Bar mehr als 10 Minuten auf ein Bier warten musste, obwohl überhaupt nichts los war (offenbar hat die Bedienung den Zapfhahn nicht richtig bedienen können)”

It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many.
