“Servizio molto scadente, lo staff non parla inglese ed è impossibile comunicare, nessuno ha intenzione ad aiutare e servirti il comfort che una spa dovrebbe offrire.
Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di san Valentino pensando di soggiornare in un resort, ma in realtà la spa è inesistente, non ci sono servizi e la struttura non è tenuta in buone condizioni.
Abbiamo provato 3 volte a prenotare un massaggio tailandese non incluso nel prezzo, ed è stato un totale fallimento con la comunicazione.

“Etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, der Putz blättert hier und da von den Wänden, und der Check-in ist etwas "old school", aber dafür war das Zimmer mega geräumig, das Bett super bequem und die Lage top. War nur ein Kurztrip für eine Nacht, würde auch wieder einchecken für etwas längere Reisen. Das Wifi war mitunter etwas schwach. Und wichtig: Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels, nur für kurzes Entladen, aber hatte bezahltes public parking ca. 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt finden können. ”

“Hotel in ottima posizione centrale, da qui su può raggiungere la stazione dei bus a piedi in 20 minuti oppure con il bus linea 1 a pochi passi. Da qui alle terme pubbliche si arriva in 10 minuti. Hotel in generale pulito, letti comodi. Personale cortese ma non troppo loquace. Decisamente negativa la zona piscina, in quanto piccola e con acqua fredda. Altrettanto negativa esperienza della colazione, ci hanno messo ad un tavolo insieme ad un altra persona.... E di tavoli liberi ce n'erano...
