“Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.”

“Le stanze non sono insonorizzate bene, ma fortunatamente ho sempre i tappi con me per dormire, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire tranquilli al primo piano. Le stanze sono pulite, nessun problema da questo punto di vista ma mancava un bollitore d’acqua con il te perfino nelle stanze superior.
