“Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated. “The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate.
