“The room was small and the bed was definitely not a queen. It was more like a full sized bed. Before I arrived I requested for a room with 2 beds because there were 2 of us. They originally agreed but when we arrived they refused unless we paid an additional $150 per night. So we had to share a full size bed in a tiny room. But they had a nice pool area. Overall the hotel gave Bates Motel vibes. ”

“Overall great hotel, but for a $450 hotel that takes $70 resort fee (and we spent extras in the restaruants and pools) I would expect not to be greedy when I ask to stay an extra hour and ask me to pay $150 (for 2 hours!!!) while saying celarly that they will check if the room is booked or if its possible and getting back to me that it is free / possible - why not going the extra mile for excelent experiese vs. coming across greedy (on thop of the resort fee).
